After having more than 20 years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, we established our company in 2017 by collaborating with very prestigious construction companies. We have lined ourselves with blue chip clients who are refreshed by our ‘have done’ approach. Being a young company, we provide fresh thinking, innovation and determination to succeed within the market place and focus our aims to improve the surroundings in which we all live and work. We embrace innovative methods, quality products and the correct skills set to improve the design and construction process and lead teams who strive for unique ways to deliver schemes for our clients.

Key Personnel
Sarkunan Subalenggam is the founder of Shikra Suria Construction Sdn Bhd (SSC) and is responsible for the overall strategic direction and overseeing of the daily operations of the company. He takes an active role in driving performances by ensuring SSC shared values and goals are applied across the company.
He graduated from the University of Sains Malaysia with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Building Technology. He has more than 20 years of experience, before establishing SSC and worked for several major construction companies in Malaysia and Gulf Countries such as Oman, United Arab Emirates, kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
Sarkunan.S possesses strong leadership skills, with extensive management experience in numerous high profile projects, including the large scale infrastructure project such as Bridges & Road Works, Airport Infrastructure, Underpass & Tunnel and Rail & Building.
His refined skills and expertise empowers Shikra Suria Construction with a valuable approach to and understanding of new business development, financial management principles, entrepreneurial with commercial acumen. Sarkunan.S has created results driven culture within the company. Oriented with a positive approach towards the management, design and construction, his approach brings a clear focus on safety, high quality and collaborative efficiency.
